Description
There are desserts that satisfy a craving — and then there are desserts like Oreo fudge brownie pizza that go far beyond that. This rich, over-the-top treat brings together three of the most beloved sweets in one showstopping dessert: a dense, chewy brownie “crust,” a layer of gooey fudge sauce, and a generous topping of crushed Oreos and creamy chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients
For the Brownie Base:
-
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
-
1 cup granulated sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-
½ cup all-purpose flour
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon baking powder
For the Fudge Topping:
-
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
2 tablespoons heavy cream
For the Toppings:
-
10 Oreo cookies, crushed or chopped
-
¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted (for drizzle)
-
Optional: mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles
Instructions
Step 1: Make the brownie base
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a round 9-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just incorporated. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pan and spread evenly to the edges.
Step 2: Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake — the fudginess is part of the charm! Let it cool completely in the pan.
Step 3: Make the fudge layer
While the brownie base cools, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Spread the fudge sauce over the cooled brownie base.
Step 4: Add toppings
Sprinkle the crushed Oreos generously over the warm fudge layer, pressing them in gently so they stick. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top using a spoon or piping bag. Add any extra toppings if desired.
Step 5: Slice and serve
Let the pizza set for about 15–20 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge for a quicker chill. Slice into wedges like a pizza and serve.
Notes
This dessert is best served slightly chilled or at room temperature. If storing overnight, keep covered in the fridge and allow to sit out for a few minutes before serving.
